Mel Isara
Senior Pastor
Hope Chapel Waianae

Mel is Senior Pastor of Hope Chapel Waianae. He was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. Mel began his walk with the Lord at Hope Chapel Kaneohe and was part of the church planting team sent out to plant Hope Chapel Kapolei in September 1993. He worked on staff there from 1997-2001 as the overseer of their small groups (MiniChurch) ministry. In April 2001 he planted Hope Chapel Waianae on the Waianae Coast of Oahu and planted a daughter church in April 2003 called Hope Chapel Nanakuli. He is in the process of moving off the Waianae Coast to plant another church in Pearl City in April 2005. Mel and his wife Jackie have two daughters.

Michael Kai

Hope Chapel West Oahu

Mike is the Senior Pastor at Hope Chapel West Oahu (formally Hope Chapel Waikele). In July of 2001, Mike received a calling from the Lord to move from Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay, where he was brought up through the farm system; to accept new leadership responsibilities. A new beginning was created in August 2001 at Hope Chapel West Oahu as Mike planted the Lord's vision to bless and minister to the communities of Waipahu, Waikele, Waipio, and Mililani. Under his team leadership, HCWO has grown in its membership. He and his wife Lisa have two daughters.

Guy Kapeliela

Hope Chapel Olomana

Guy is the Senior Pastor of Hope Chapel Olomana which he planted on Easter Sunday 1999 as a daughter church of Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay. He began his pastoral learning in 1994 when Pastor Ralph Moore hired him as his secretary. He moved on to become the worship director and singles pastor. God gave him a vision that he would plant a church that would minister to his hometown of Kailua, first to the surrounding communities of Mount Olomana and then through the island of Oahu and the State of Hawaii. God has also given him a vision to plant tent churches (called "Ohana Churches"). His goal is to see multiple church services every night of the week as they did in the Book of Acts. He and his wife Claudine have three children.

Ralph Moore
Senior Pastor
Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay

Ralph Moore is founding pastor of Hope Chapel In Hermosa Beach, California and Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay in Hawaii. Beginning with just 12 people, the Hope Chapel movement has planted roughly 300 churches around the world. Ralph travels extensively, providing church leaders around the world with biblical tools for spreading the gospel and planting churches. He has authored several books, including his most recent partnership with financial planner, Alan Tang, entitled Your Money. His church currently enjoys a new-found walk in the miraculous which is spreading revival into their surrounding communities. He and his wife Ruby, have two children, Carl and Kelly. Both are in ministry.
